Tehran is ready to restart nuclear negotiations with Washington provided that it is approached with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat declared solely negotiations worked, and revealed recent overtures had originated from go-betweens to resume talks with the American leadership. He said Iran did not have undeclared nuclear sites, and Iran had not yet reached a point to allow the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect attacked atomic facilities for security reasons.
